Must a girl who has lost her virginity through a personal act inform a committed suitor of that, and what would be her situation if she did not inform him and there was no bleeding on the wedding night?

The girl is not obligated to inform the suitor about the loss of her virginity unless he stipulates it. Nor is she required to inform him of the cause of its loss after marriage. Rather, she can use allusions and circumlocutions, stating that virginity can be lost due to many reasons. By fearing Allah and trusting in Him, Allah will suffice her in what concerns her.
