Is it permissible for a Muslim residing in Russia and owning a pharmacy stall to sell medicinal alcohol, knowing that the majority of buyers use it as an intoxicant?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to sell people anything that will be used for unlawful purposes, because doing so constitutes assisting in sin, which is forbidden by the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Ibn Abbas narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Indeed, when Allah the Almighty forbids a thing, He also forbids its price."
