What is the ruling on accepting political and other news from infidel newspapers and news agencies under the pretext that they are reliable, and what is the ruling on one who builds his political vision upon them, and what is the ruling on one who denounces him for that?

"News from disbelievers is not to be rejected if it does not pertain to religious matters. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, believed the news from the disbelieving boy before the Battle of Badr. Scholars have also stipulated the acceptance of news from disbelievers in non-religious matters. Their news regarding religious matters is accepted if it reaches the level of tawatur (consecutive transmission) or if the disbeliever reports an action they themselves performed. The current reality proves that some news agencies among disbelievers are more truthful than many news agencies in Muslim countries due to strict censorship and accountability. Therefore, their news is not to be rejected merely because of the disbelief of those in charge of them."
