Is it considered Haram or Halal not to visit relatives' homes after an expulsion that occurred there?

Allah has commanded maintaining kinship ties and forbidden severing them, for "A severer of ties will not enter Paradise," and "Whoever maintains you, I shall maintain him; and whoever severs you, I shall sever him." The one who maintains ties is not merely the one who reciprocates, but rather "The maintainer of ties is he who, when his kin sever ties with him, maintains them." What happened between you and your cousins is not a justification for severance, and you must strive to reconcile, remove animosity, and continuously maintain ties with them. Maintaining ties with them is not limited to entering their homes, but if refraining from entering their homes leads to severance, then it is not permissible at that point, unless they prevent you. Forgiving the wrongdoer increases a Muslim in honor and dignity and is a path to attaining Allah's forgiveness and pardon.
