Is it permissible according to Islamic law to write over all that I own of investment certificates, an apartment in al-Muqattam, and an apartment in al-Agami to my orphaned daughter, in anticipation of my sisters not taking care of her after my death?

Praise be to Allah, and may prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and upon his family and companions. To proceed:

The return on investment certificates in the mentioned bank is forbidden, and you must withdraw the money and dispose of the usurious interest by spending it on the interests of Muslims and the poor, and you are only entitled to your principal amount.

As for writing property for the daughter, there are two methods: 1- The will which is executed after death and requires the consent of the other heirs. 2- The gift during your lifetime, which is permissible, but it is only valid if the daughter takes possession of it and manages it during your life. If she does not take possession of it before your death, it is void unless there is consent from the other heirs.

And Allah knows best.
