Is one who carries a full bottle of wine for the purpose of disposing of it sinful?

If your intention in disposing of the alcoholic bottle is to prevent harm to people, then you will be rewarded. However, if your intention is to carry out the orders of your employers, then it is impermissible, as it involves condoning a forbidden act.

You must leave your job at a hotel that sells alcohol, because your continued presence there constitutes cooperation in sin and aggression, and Allah the Almighty has forbidden that, saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression" [Al-Ma'idah: 2].

Assisting in alcohol in any way is forbidden, and its doer is cursed; as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah has cursed alcohol, its drinker, its pourer, its seller, its presser, its extractor, its carrier, the one to whom it is carried, and the one who consumes its price."

And if you leave your job at this hotel out of fear of Allah, then Allah will provide a way out for you and sustain you from where you do not expect.
