If someone performs a prayer deliberately omitting a condition or a pillar, their prayer is forbidden (haram). The majority of scholars believe that by doing so, they become a fasiq (transgressor), while Abu Hanifa holds that they commit an act of disbelief (kufr) due to mocking the obligatory duty. Abandoning an obligatory prayer is forbidden. When both matters converge, performing the prayer by violating its conditions is forbidden, and abandoning it without performing it in its prescribed legal manner is also forbidden.
