Is it sufficient to give paternal aunts their share of the inheritance after the death of all ascendants, and how much would this share be? Is it obligatory to waive one's share of the inheritance in this case? How is the inheritance divided with brothers who are unwilling to give their sisters their share? Is the brother who received his share from his father exempt from the inheritance after the father's death?

First: To determine your father's share, it is necessary to identify what your grandfather left behind and divide it among his living heirs at the time of his death.

Second: The sister must be given her share of the inheritance, and it is not permissible to disinherit her. Whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger concerning the laws of inheritance has been threatened by Allah with a humiliating punishment. If the brothers refuse (to give her share), then you must give her what exceeds your own share.

Third: If the eldest brother received a gift from his father and the other siblings did not receive similar gifts, then this gift must be included in the estate and divided equally. However, if what he received is equivalent to his share, or if you all agree to it, then there is no blame.

Fourth: If your father did not pay Zakat, it must be paid from the estate before its division, because it is a debt upon him.
