Do paternal uncles inherit the share of their deceased paternal grandmother, whose inheritance has not yet been divided after her father's death?

Allah Almighty has ordained for the mother one-sixth (1/6) of the inheritance of her deceased son if he has surviving offspring. If the grandmother passes away and leaves no husband or surviving ascendants, her children inherit her wealth by ta’sib (residuary inheritance). If your paternal uncles are the only children of your grandmother, they inherit the one-sixth (1/6) that she inherited from your father, and no one has the right to prevent them from this. You must pay them their share of this one-sixth. You may conceal this from your siblings to avoid problems, while advising them not to consume people's wealth unjustly. If there is a dispute, it should be referred to the Shariah court.
