Does saying "Oh, my body!" or "Ouch!" when in pain contradict the patience required during affliction?

Complaining and groaning during illness have two situations:

1. If the patient's complaint is to inform about his condition or to vent, this is permissible and does not contradict patience, like saying: "O my head!" This has been reported from the Prophet ﷺ and Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, as well as what has been reported from the prophets regarding informing about harm and fatigue. Ibn Uthaymeen said: There is no harm in that as long as it is not intended as a complaint from the Creator to the created.

2. If the patient intends by complaining to show discontent with destiny, then this is blameworthy and contradicts patience. Scholars have differed regarding the detestability of a sick person's moaning. The preponderant opinion is that it is detestable if it indicates discontent, and permissible if it is merely for informing.

And if the moaning is due to fever, there is no harm in it.
