Is an accountant considered a participant in usury when recording accounting entries related to usurious loans and interest for a company that borrows from usurious banks?

Restricting the company's accounts that deal with usury and registering its transactions is neither writing down usury nor bearing witness to it, for the usurious transaction occurred far from the recorder. However, it is considered assisting the one dealing with usury and an affirmation of it, and it is obligatory to denounce that. Therefore, seek forgiveness from Allah and look for a permissible job where you do not directly engage in what is unlawful, nor assist in it, unless the company agrees to give you another permissible task or to spare you from recording usurious transactions.
