What is the solution for a girl who repeatedly watches pornography and masturbates, finds it difficult to stop, especially during her menstrual period, despite knowing the prohibition of these actions and her eagerness to repent and commit to acts of obedience?

A Muslim is advised to engage in sincere repentance (Tawbah Nasuh) and to conceal their sins, for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful; He forgives those who seek His forgiveness and turn to Him in repentance. To avoid sins, one should avoid being alone with electronic devices, be keen to watch content in the presence of family, utilize time by reading the Qur'an, attending beneficial lectures, and reading useful books, and keep company with the righteous. One must also be mindful of Allah's constant watchfulness, express gratitude for His blessings by using them in obedience to Him, increase in good deeds, repentance, seeking forgiveness, and supplication (Du'a), strive against one's self (Jihad al-nafs), and never despair, in accordance with His (the Most High) saying: "And those who strive for Us – We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good."
