The majority of them hold that these are words that can imply separation, such as: "Go, leave, join your family, I don't want you." As for the phrase "I will hit you with a shoe," it is not among the allusive forms of divorce because it does not convey its meaning nor is its intent understood from it. Consequently, divorce does not occur through it, even if the husband intended it, according to the majority of scholars. This is contrary to the Malikis, who believe that divorce occurs with any speech accompanied by the intention to effect it.
