Does a divorce take effect when the husband says, "You are divorced," under duress, and is it permissible for the spouses to remain in the same house with the wife wearing her hijab and the presence of a maid, and is it permissible for a man, Islamically, to be massaged by an unrelated woman?

It is not permissible for a woman to seek divorce without a valid reason. She must think well of her husband and try to reform him. If a man says to his wife: "You are divorced," a revocable divorce occurs, and the wife remains in the marital home during her 'iddah (waiting period) and does not leave it, as Allah Almighty says: "Do not expel them from their homes, nor should they leave, unless they commit a clear immorality. And those are the limits of Allah. And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah has certainly wronged himself." The wife should appear before her divorcing husband adorned, and he should visit her frequently during the 'iddah. If the 'iddah ends and the husband has not taken her back, she becomes irrevocably separated from him and is not lawful for him except with a new contract. As for a man allowing an unfamiliar woman to massage him, it is invalid and contrary to Islamic law, for Allah Almighty says: "Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do. And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "And the hands commit adultery, and their adultery is touching."
