If the Udhiyah (sacrificial animal) has been designated and its price determined, then the sale is valid because its conditions have been met. However, if the designated Udhiyah is destroyed before its possession (qabd), then the seller is responsible, the sale becomes void, and the buyer is entitled to a refund of the price.
