Does triple divorce occur if the husband utters it while angry and intoxicated?

According to the majority of jurists, a triple divorce pronounced in a single session counts as three divorces, unless the intention was to emphasize, in which case it counts as one divorce. Some jurists, however, hold that it always counts as a single divorce. Anger does not prevent the validity of a divorce unless the person is unaware of what they are saying. The divorce of an intoxicated person is valid if they are aware of what they are saying, and many scholars hold that their divorce is always valid if the intoxication was unlawful.
