What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding the rights of a girl concerning the dower (mahr) and deferred dower (mu'akhkhar), given that she is not yet married and has the right to divorce herself, but her husband does not want to divorce due to the deferred dower?

Most scholars view the condition in the marriage contract that grants the wife the right to divorce herself whenever she wishes as invalid, and that it does not confer upon the woman the right to divorce. Some scholars, however, permit it if the woman initiates it in the wording of the contract. If the contract is concluded with a specified dowry, the divorced woman is entitled to half of it, unless they mutually agree otherwise. It is also the wife's right that her husband spend on her appropriately if she presents herself for transfer but he does not move her to his home.
