Is it permissible to supplicate that the male supplicant be destined to marry his divorced female cousin, who was divorced irrevocably with a minor divorce?

If a husband separates from his wife and she becomes irrevocably divorced from him, she becomes a stranger to him and free from a husband. In this case, it is permissible to pray for success in marrying her. However, one should consider her righteousness in her religion and character, for the Sharia encourages choosing a woman of good religion and character.
