Is it permissible to marry a foreign woman of good religion and character, but who does not wear the niqab, with the intention of convincing her to wear it later, and what should I do if she refuses?

We ask Allah to grant you success in choosing a righteous wife. We advise you to propose to that girl if her religiosity and modesty are praised, along with performing Istikhara. You must treat her well, honor her, and not rush her into covering her face. Instead, advise her kindly and gradually with wisdom, for gradualness in this matter is acceptable as long as she covers her body except for her face and palms.
