Is the financial compensation offered by the Libyan state to the families of victims of prison events, who were killed unjustly, considered permissible (halal) or forbidden (haram)?

There is no objection to taking blood money (diyya) or compensation from the state or insurance companies. This does not contradict patience and seeking reward from Allah, nor does it diminish the reward for the calamity.
