Is it permissible to receive compensation for those killed by Saddam Hussein's regime, taking into consideration that it is blood money for killing and not blood money for a martyr, and that retribution has been carried out against Saddam, and that the ruler distributes money unjustly, and what is the Shar'i ruling on benefiting from these funds, and does Allah’s saying apply to it: (And do not incline toward those who do wrong, lest you be touched by the Fire) and the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: (But whoever approves and follows)?
