The answer

You must leave a job that prevents a Muslim from performing prayer, or that involves committing a forbidden act such as spying on Muslims and neglecting to condemn evil, and seek another job that enables you to fulfill your religious duties. If you wish to continue in this job, you must tell your employers frankly that there is no obedience to them in disobeying Allah, and that you will perform prayer and all other duties on time. If they agree to that, then there is no harm. Otherwise, it is not permissible to sell one's religion for the sake of worldly gain, for Allah is the Provider, and whoever fears Him, He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect. A Muslim does not abandon prayer or duties or commit forbidden acts for the sake of work.
