Al-Maha is the wild cow, and Al-Wa'l is the mountain goat. The general rule regarding wild animals is permissibility unless there is evidence to prove their prohibition, based on the Almighty's saying: (It is He who created for you all that is in the earth). Accordingly, there is a consensus on the permissibility of eating the Maha and the Wa'l, because they are among the good things and are not predatory animals with fangs.
