Is it permissible to engage in the remembrance of Allah, such as reciting the Qur'an, performing tasbeeh, tahleel, and tahmeed, or greeting with the Islamic greeting, or saying "Allah knows best" and "Masha'Allah," or writing Islamic texts, or reading fatwas, in a place where there are images of living beings, or in a mosque where there is a child wearing clothes with images of living beings, knowing that the website previously issued a fatwa prohibiting the remembrance of Allah during a sin? And is being in a place with images of living beings considered a sin?

The ruling on remembering Allah during a sin differs from the ruling on remembering Him in the place of sin. For someone who is in the place of sin, it is obligatory for him to object with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart, and that is the weakest of faith." As for refraining from remembering Allah in the mosque or at home due to the presence of pictures or a child wearing clothes with pictures on them, this is from whisperings (waswasah) and does not prevent one from remembering Allah or attending mosques. Regarding things that are not in your possession, your duty is to object to their owners to the best of your ability.
