Is it necessary to believe a dream as long as a person sleeps without ablution, and are dream visions always true?

"Visions are of three types: a righteous vision, which is good tidings from Allah; a vision of distress from Satan; and a vision of what one talks to oneself about. If one sees something they dislike, they should get up and pray, and not disclose it to people. It has not been authentically reported that theification of a vision is linked to sleeping with ablution. However, it is recommended to sleep with ablution, on the right side, and with truthful speech, because in this state, the vision is most often truthful. As for sleeping without ablution, the probability of the three types remains equal."
