What is the ruling on masturbation for a fiancé who has solemnized his marriage contract and has a strong desire, out of fear of falling into zina (unlawful sexual intercourse)?

It is recommended to expedite marriage to prevent this habit and others. Before that, the young man is advised to consistently observe fasting.
