The answer

It is not permissible to take the property of another—whether it is the uncle's or anyone else's—except with his verbal or customary permission, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent." Customary permission takes the place of verbal permission. And whoever has trespassed upon his uncle's property must repent to Allah and return the ill-gotten gain, according to the hadith: "On the hand is what it took until it renders it."
