Is it permissible for a husband and wife to rest one's head on the other's shoulder or lap in a public park?

One must avoid everything that incites lust and leads to temptation in front of people, such as a man embracing his wife, sleeping on her lap, or kissing her. This is because it arouses the lust of the beholder, contradicts modesty which is part of faith, and imitates disbelievers. Jurists have considered this act to be vile, a breach of chivalry, and a cause for disqualification from trustworthiness.
