Is it permissible for a woman to visit her husband or son in prison, and does visiting an inmate invalidate the Hajj?

There is no harm in a woman visiting her husband in prison if she is safe on the way and adheres to the Sharia guidelines, such as wearing the hijab and avoiding seclusion (khalwa). This does not affect the Hajj.
