Is falling short in the visits required at work and undertaking other tasks without the company's knowledge considered illicit gain (haram)? And is it a reason for prayers not being answered and conditions deteriorating? Are current psychological circumstances and the achievement of marketing goals an excuse for continuing this shortcoming, or must one leave the job?

"The agreed-upon conditions must be fulfilled, especially those related to not opening pharmaceutical institutions or the agreed-upon number of visits, because Muslims are bound by their conditions. Violating these conditions necessitates repentance. Increased distress after supplication does not mean non-acceptance, for relief may come after intensified affliction, as happened to the Prophet of Allah, Jacob, peace be upon him."
