How should the questioner act regarding the cessation of her relationship with her close friend, who was the reason for her commitment and closeness to God, especially after the friend's accusations against her and her husband, and her refusal to communicate, and what the questioner feels of loneliness and people distancing themselves from her, and her belief that this might be due to God's displeasure with her?

If your friend severs ties with you out of obedience to her husband, then excuse her. This does not mean that Allah is displeased with you. Rather, strive for what benefits you in your religion and worldly life, and occupy yourself with what draws you closer to Allah, such as being good to your husband. Seek out righteous companions who will be an aid to you in doing good, while noting that exaggeration in love and hatred is not praiseworthy. For the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Love your beloved moderately, for he may be your enemy one day. And hate your enemy moderately, for he may be your beloved one day." Thus, moderation and temperance are praiseworthy, and one should beware of excessive attachment to a friend or anyone else.
