Whoever is not obligated to attend Jumu'ah prayer at all, or has an excuse that is not expected to cease, it is better for him to hasten to pray Dhuhr four rak'ahs after the time for it begins. As for someone who has an excuse that he expects to cease, it is recommended for him to delay until people finish the Jumu'ah prayer, then he prays Dhuhr. And whoever misses the Jumu'ah prayer should pray four rak'ahs with the intention of Dhuhr.
