What should I do with the dishes and cups my father gave me, knowing that he took them from his workplace (a restaurant) unlawfully? And is it permissible for me to donate their value to the deceased owner of the restaurant, now that the restaurant is closed?

You must repent to Allah for accepting the utensils while knowing they were taken unjustly. You must return them if they still exist, or return their value if they are damaged, to the heirs of the owner, unless they pardon and forgive you. As for disposing of them through charity, this does not clear one's conscience except when unable to return the right to the heirs.
