Is it permissible to pray in the marital bedroom?

There is no objection to praying in the spouses' bedroom if the place is pure and free from impurities. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to pray in the chambers of his wives. Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, narrated that she used to sleep in front of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, with her feet in his direction of prayer. When he prostrated, he would nudge her, so she would draw up her legs, and when he stood up, she would extend them.
