Must the wife return the dowry to her husband if she requests a divorce from him after the marriage contract and two years have passed without the marriage being consummated, and after the husband asked her not to speak to him?

A woman can raise her case to the court and request a divorce due to the harm inflicted upon her by her husband's refusal to engage in sexual relations, provide maintenance, or speak to her. In this situation, she is entitled to half of the dowry (mahr) if the separation occurs before consummation or valid seclusion, as stated in the Quran: "And if you divorce them before you have touched them and you have already specified for them an obligation, then [give] half of what you specified." (Quran 2:237)
