What is the amount of dowry that a wife must return to her husband if she requests a divorce due to her aversion to him after one month of marriage, knowing that he has consummated the marriage with her?

If a wife feels aversion towards her husband, she should not surrender to it. Instead, she should maintain her remembrances (dhikr) and incantations (ruqyah), place her trust in Allah, look at the good aspects of her husband's character, return to him, and live with him in a good and honorable manner.

However, if she is unable to do so and remains averse to him, she may seek a khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) by returning the entire dowry, or less, or more, depending on what they agree upon. It is preferable that he does not take more than the dowry that was named between them.
