The question

Would you kindly mention texts of statements from Iraqi Maliki jurists who hold the view that سلس (constant discharge, e.g., of urine, gas, etc.) does not nullify wudu' (ablution) at all, in order to clarify this opinion to those who deny it?

The answer

The Malikis have two approaches to dealing with سلس ( سلس البول - incontinence): the method of the Maghribis, who divide it into four categories, and this is the well-known approach in the Maliki school. And the method of the Iraqis, who hold that سلس (incontinence) does not nullify ablution at all, and that performing ablution for it is only recommended.
