Is liposuction of the abdominal area, performed by a female doctor, considered unlawful if its purpose is to remove embarrassment caused by excess fat?

"It is not permissible to remove fat through surgical operations unless there is a necessity or need for it; otherwise, it is considered a change in Allah's creation. If the increase in fat does not cause significant harm, then undergoing the operation is not justified, because embarrassment alone is not a sufficient justification. Instead, one should suffice with exercise and reducing the consumption of fatty foods."
