It is permissible to perform liposuction if there is a need or necessity for it, such as harmful obesity that a doctor deems necessary to remove. However, if it is merely for cosmetic enhancement and improvement, it is not permissible if it requires exposing one's 'awrah (intimate parts) or if it involves imitating disbelieving or corrupt women.
