What is the difference between using "Anzalnahu" (We sent it down) and "Nazala" (it descended) in the Quranic verse: "And with the truth We sent it down, and with the truth it descended"?

The Almighty's saying: "(We have) sent it down" refers to the initial sending down, while His saying: "(It has) come down" refers to its ultimate arrival. This means that truth is inherent in the Qur'an, both in its descent from the heavens and its arrival into the heart of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Thus, it descends with truth and arrives with truth. It was also said that the sending down was preserved by the angels, and its arrival to the Prophet was preserved from the tampering of devils, meaning it is free from falsehood at its beginning and end. The difference between the two verbs is that the first is transitive and the second is intransitive.
