What is the method of Ruqyah Shar'iyyah, can a person be given Ruqyah without their knowledge, and what did the Messenger mean by his statement about those who enter Paradise without reckoning, that they "neither perform Ruqyah nor seek it"?

It is permissible to perform Ruqyah on a sick person without their direct knowledge while they are asleep, or to recite Ruqyah into water and give it to them to drink without informing them, or to anoint the painful area with oil over which Ruqyah has been recited, again, without their knowledge.
