What is the authenticity of the Hadith: "Whoever seeks forgiveness for the believing men and women twenty-seven times every day will be among those whose prayers are answered and through whom the inhabitants of the earth are provided sustenance"?

The Hadith narrated by Al-Tabarani from Abu Al-Dardaa (may Allah be pleased with him): "Whoever seeks forgiveness for believing men and believing women twenty-seven times every day will be among those whose prayers are answered, and through whom the inhabitants of the earth are provided for," is weak. This is because its chain of transmission includes 'Uthman ibn Abi Al-'Atikah, who is weak. Its meaning is that whoever seeks Allah's forgiveness twenty-seven times for believing men and believing women will be among those whose prayers are answered, and through whom the inhabitants of the earth are provided for, by the descent of rain and other provisions. The seeking of forgiveness is done by saying: "O Allah, forgive believing men and believing women."
