Is it permissible to use laser for a forehead lift?

If forehead wrinkles are a result of aging, it is not permissible to remove them through surgery or laser. However, if they are due to medical conditions or obvious deformities that disfigure one's appearance, then it is permissible to treat them to restore the skin to its natural state, not for the purpose of beautification or enhancing good looks.

The Islamic Fiqh Academy has clarified that it is not permissible to remove wrinkles through surgery or injections unless it is a medical condition, provided there is no harm.

It is permissible to perform cosmetic surgery to treat the effects of accidental injuries or disfiguring congenital deformities that cause psychological harm, or unusual wrinkles in youth.

It is forbidden to perform surgery to attempt to conceal the effects of aging, or to enhance facial beauty, or with the intention of imitating transgressors, as this involves changing Allah's creation, which is prohibited.
