Is it permissible for a man to say: "By Allah's pardon, on the day He did such and such to me"?

Islam has magnified the importance of words and warned against uttering speech without deliberation, in accordance with His, the Almighty’s, saying: (He utters no word except that with him is an observer, ever ready). The aforementioned phrase is ugly in its wording and meaning, and it is not befitting of Allah, for it implies that the servant has the right to excuse Allah or not to excuse Him, and this contradicts the perfection of Allah’s knowledge, justice, and wisdom. He, the Almighty, said: (He is not questioned about what He does, but they will be questioned). What befalls a person in terms of calamities is due to their sins, and Allah pardons much, and He is free from needing excuses from His servants; they are the ones who wrong themselves and fall short in thanking Him. A Muslim should not utter this word, and if they do say it, they must repent, seek forgiveness, and feel remorse.
