Is working with the Swedish cosmetics company "Oriflame" and profiting from price differences or monthly incentives considered permissible (halal), or is there some doubt (shubha) regarding it?

This work is forbidden as it involves two prohibitions: first, gharar (uncertainty/deception) in the subscription fees, and second, the forbidden pyramid scheme, because the commission received therein is not in exchange for effort expended. The mere permission of officials for the company to operate does not make it permissible. As for the money previously acquired, it is mixed wealth, and the forbidden portion of it must be disposed of by spending it on the welfare of Muslims or on the poor and needy.
