Is abandoning one's homeland for money and severing ties with kin, while employment is available in the homeland, considered blameworthy?

There is no harm in a person leaving their country and traveling to another country in search of lawful sustenance, in a Muslim country, even if they have a job in their own country. This is not considered a severing of family ties, as communication with relatives can be maintained through phone calls, correspondence, and gifts. However, it is preferable to be close to one's family, especially one's parents, to show them dutifulness and kindness.
