Is it permissible for a woman to run her fingers through her hair when performing ghusl for janabah?

For a woman, it is not obligatory to run her fingers through her hair (takhleel) during ghusl from janabah (ritual impurity), rather, what is obligatory is to ensure water reaches the roots and origins of her hair. If she does run her fingers through her hair to ensure the water reaches, there is no harm, and it is better, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There is janabah under every hair, so wet the hair and cleanse the skin."
