What is the ruling on working as a computer engineer at a bank that combines conventional and Islamic banking?

Fatwas have previously been issued prohibiting working in usurious branches. However, if your work is in the Islamic branch, and it is independent in its dealings from the usurious bank, and you receive your salary from the branch, then that is permissible.
