Is there a legitimate (Shar'i) way to help a Christian colleague and the wife of an atheist colleague embrace Islam, given her concerns about her family breaking apart and her husband's refusal to sit with preachers?

The woman is first invited to Islam, its pillars are explained to her, and she is taught about what Allah Almighty has prepared for those who die upon Islam. She is encouraged to renounce the world and its pleasures and is drawn to the Hereafter. It is explained to her that in Paradise, there is whatever the souls desire and the eyes delight in, and the believers will abide therein eternally. If it is known that her attachment to her husband might prevent her from embracing Islam, she is told that her separation from her husband is a religious obligation, but it is not a condition for her embracing Islam.
