What is the ruling on institutes providing facilities to obtain academic certificates and assisting students in easily passing exams?

We understand from the question that you offer tutoring sessions for students at specific times for a known fee, and you provide services to facilitate obtaining academic certificates by applying for those wishing to join foreign universities in exchange for a known financial return. If this is what is meant, then there is no harm in any of that, unless the universities are mixed-gender, or the person intends to study matters whose teaching or working in their fields is not permissible, such as acting or accounting in usurious fields, or working in tourist facilities. If the matter is free from these impediments and similar ones, then we see nothing to prevent it.
